In this post, we will learn how to download and install Windows 10. We need to install Windows 10 a USB flash drive with at least 8GB of free space, preferably 16GB, an ISO image of Windows 10, and Rufus for creating bootable USB drives.
Download Windows 10 ISO Image
To download Windows 10, you need to download a tool called Media Creation Tool. You can also download it by searching on Google.
Once the tool is downloaded, open it. If you wait for a little, you will see two options.

- Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, ISO file) for another PC
Since we need an ISO image here, we will select Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, ISO file) for another PC and click on Next. Select the ISO file from Media to use from Choose which and click Next. Now set where to download the ISO file. We’re done. Now it will take a long time to download Windows 10. It will depend on the speed of the Internet.
How To Download and Install Windows 10
Create bootable USB drives
We will use Rufus software to create a bootable USB drive. Download and install it.
Now check the partition style of your computer/laptop GPT or MBR. To check, right-click on this PC and click on Manage then Disk Management>Disk 0> Properties>Volumes> Partition Style.
Now open Rufus and connect the flash drive to the PC. Select the device flash drive. In the boot selection, select the ISO image of Windows 10. In the Image Options, select Windows Installation in Standard. Select your hard disk partition style from the partition scheme, such as MBR for MBR and GPT for GPT, then click Start.
Install Windows 10
Now insert the bootable pen drive on the desktop/laptop. Now shutdown on desktop/laptop. Now go to the boot menu. If you do not know how to go to the boot menu on your laptop/desktop, you can search on Google. Now select the bootable USB flash drive.
You will see the install screen here. Click Next
Then click Install Now. You will see the Windows Activation screen. If you have a product key, type it here. And if not, click on I don’t have a product key. Select the operating system you want to install. And click I accept the license terms then next.
Select Custom: Install Windows only (advanced) here. Because I will install clean windows
Format the primary partition here and select the primary partition. click next
It will take quite some time here. It will depend on the system performance of your desktop / laptop
After that installing our windows is almost complete. Now just set up the next one like keyboard layout, name, password, etc. After that, it will take some more than installing Windows will be complete
